Hey my mom and my moms friend and I were talkin bout weightloss and my mom said she doesnt know a teenage girl that is as muscular as I am and said if i loose 20 pounds which would bring me to 164 that I would look good because of my muscle but I dont no. I have said before I only want to loose my stomach and a little on my thighs and that will come off my family is getting a membership to the civic center and it has a pool and like treadmills and stuff so I am hoping that will help and I am goin to cut down on the junk I ate if I dont eat till dinner and eat nothing after dinner I would have controle d myself pretty well today. So I want to know if anyone knows if I would loose like 2 sizes by looseing 20 pounds and stuff cuz thats my goal is to appear slimmer but maybe weigh more and not look fat and weigh less. Well thanx in advance. Oh Yea by the way I will be 16 september 30th so I kinda want to be like 10 pounds lighter by then and be a size down by then to do any one know if that is possible? Just keep up with your balanced diet, and you may reach your birthday goal. I think it is pretty reasonable. Good luck! +)
