Ok, I have been visiting here for the last few months because I needed comfort. I am 5'9" and I weighed 175 lbs. I didn't look fat but I looked chubby so I decided that I wanted to lose weight and feel better about myself. I have been eating healthy, drinking lots of water, doing exercise, and staying away from the sodas and candy and I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks! I am really happy because I'm 165 lbs. My goal is 130-135 but If I continue like this I will reach my goal. I posted this because you guys gave me motivation and all I can say is that everyone can reach their goal. wow! thats really good, im 166, and i really want to get down to 130-140 too! im 5"9 as well, do you think that you could tell me how to loose the extra weight, how did you loose it in two weeks, i mean, what kind of excersize did you use? If anyone else has anysuggestions, i'd really like to know! thanks so much
