Yesterday :( I messed up!! I DONT KNOW WHY!!!!!!! Instead of eating 1500 cal like i was going to.. I ate about 2500!!!!! ERRRR.. TOday im going to try REALLY HARD AND EAT LESS THAN 1500!!! and also Im drinking one diet soda a day in the early morning at 6:30 a.m be4 i go to school.. with my b/f and the rest of the day waterrr... and I reallly wanna lose 50-60 lb. then I would weight 120-130 lbs. at least before July or Aug 1st..!! thats 11-12 months away!!!! I KNOW I CAN DO IT PROB SOONERR!!

First of all don't get down on yourself for messing up this one day. One day isn't too big of a deal. Just try to stay on it from now on. Your idea about drinking less soda and more water is really good. Try to drink 8, 8 ounce glasses a day...but not all at once! Hope this helps. *Ray*Ray*
