Hi, I am 5' 7" 180lbs. I used to be 217lbs, but I went on a diet. Now, I am having a problem with losing weight. It wasn't as easy as the first time. I am trying to get down to 140lbs. I want to be scrawny. I am talking 40 pounds now and that is a lot of weight. Is there anyway I can get down there? I want to be as skinny as Travis Barker from Blink182.

Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 14 - 08/26/04 - IP#: 216.74.216.xxx well, you've already lost almost 40 pounds, I'm sure you can do it. I am having troubles too, but if you aren't drinking enough water, that is a big part. And you should be excersizing more than you use to. I hope I helped.

Some are taking stairs instread of elevators, drinking water when you have cravings, walking to places that are close by instead of driving, etc. Because once you get into habits like these they last you your whole life and they will help you keep the weight off once you lose it. Good luck with your goals....because Travis Barker is hot stuff!
