I have lost 13lbs, and thats all i wanted to lose, now I want to tone up. i have a fairly flat belly but I still see it as fatty. Anyone got any toning tips? Lu~Lu x

There's like a zillion kinds of crunches you can do for your Abs and lots of other toneing exercises...you can look up some online or get a workout video specifically for your ab's. Hope this helps and good luck. *Ray*Ray*
