Guys unfortuanelty I am supposely rude. Its a shame that I come on here to get advice and motivation and there are immature people who can't get over something. Ray Ray I am sorry I got off the subject of weight-loss. Kaitlyn~yeah messages boards are for opinons but ya know what, when it offends people thats where you should draw the line.
