hey im posting again.....i also need some exercise tips that arent just run the treadmil for a half hour...

I know you said not the treadmill, but try walking for 1 minute, jogging for 1 min. then running full speed for 1 min. I really like doing this and the time passes a lot quicker.

Go online and look for some stretching routines.. they can work pretty good.. maybe some crunches.. and lift some 5 lb weights for your arms.. I do that GOODLUCK!

get some free weights or a resistance band- push-ups and the plank position are great. for cardio if you can go get thing or have it taebo kicks butt...
