hey i wrote on here yesterday about losing weight and wanting toning tips, 4 the ppl who wanted to know how i did it i went shopping, ate 6 v. small meals a day and cut out crisps! ( the shopping counted as my exercise as i kinda run around like mad for over 5 hours!)hope this helps at least a lil bit! xxx

No way! that would be silly! i mean you still have breakfast lunch and tea, but you have small things in between like a protein shake or a cereal bar ( one thats low in salt and sugar!) and if you exercise, eat something small before and something higher fat/cals if you need it after, the exercise speeds up your metabolism!- and drink loadsa water! go for it!
