gosh guys..i dont know if i did bad or not...for breakfast i had a toaster strudel and milk, for lunch i had a piece of pizza, corn, and some junior mints, and for dinner im having some chicken and mashed potatos...and for a snack i had a piece of swiss cheese! I know its not great..but i ran for 30 mintues and i lifted weights..so how does it sound? what if i was just trying to maintain weight..would that be good??
