Ok this might sound stupid, but i am not really sure. Ok some times after I do crunches (like a lot) or lift something heavy for a while i can feel my abs/muscels better than usual..for like a few hours, or the rest of the day. But anyways is that immpossible, and if it isn't seeing as i can feel a difference, does that mean that people could see a difference...just for that short bit of time after i exercise?
