I'm fat, no other way around that fact. I hate it. I weigh 245 lbs and growing. I get headaches constantly and I'm constantly tired. I can't exactly excercise because I'm always so exhausted just from school and hanging with my friends. I eat right and yet, i'm still fat. I've never had a boyfriend, and this is the point in my life where I should be having fun flings and making out in the back of cars and stuff, i don't want to waste it sitting at home doing nothing every saturday night. I just wish there was some way I could lose the weight quickly, hopefully before prom time rolls around...any suggestions on how to do it?

YOU SAY THAT YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO WORK OUT BECAUSE OF SCHOOL AND FRIENDS WILL THAT WAS ME TO BUT ALL I DID WAS WALK A LOT AND THE BEST PART WAS I WOULD SPEED WALK IN THE MALL YEAH THE MALL EVERY GIRLS BEST PLACE YES PEOPLE WOULD LOOK AT ME BUT I DONT CARE CAUSE SOON THEY WILL BE LOOKING AT THE CLOTHES I WILL BE WEARING WHEN I GET DOWN TO 115 LBS SO GOOD LUCK

im bout your weight and im about your age ..im trying to loose too b/c i know how u feel and it really sucks i think the exact same way u do ..right now im eating lots of veg and the only meat ill eat is white chicken or fish and well u arleady said u eat right..try exersicing like taebo its fun and should work b/c its cardio and even though its tough the first few times its fun add that type of thing with yoru good eating and hopefully it will work thats what iv started doing ..if you want to work with me .have someone to tlak to or wat ever email me at dmfirth2003@hotmail.com good luck
