hey people..can you guys tell me how i did today?? for breakfast...well i woke up too late..so unfortanetly i didnt have any..but i would have had a protein shake (250 cals)for lunch-slice of pizza, carrots (probably 500?)for dinner-lean cuisine chicken and mashed potatoes (230 cals) and a glass of whole milk (its all we had)(probably about 200 cals)and i ran 2 miles!! how does this sound?!
Reply from sarah, Age 15 - 08/31/04 - IP#: 81.249.93.xxx seems good. however if you wanted to do better why not replace your protein shake by a glass of orange juice and a banana? in a way it's healthier, food supplements should only be taken in extreme cases and you did have a source of protein that day. good luck
Reply from girly!!, Age 13 - 08/30/04 - IP#: 65.69.55.xxx hey sounds great to be! just some advise you just have 2-3 glasses a milk a day, some protien like cheese if not milk, and around 8 glasses of water a day, did u run outside or on a tredmil?!
