HEY! I am at the weight i want..and i just want to maintain..so how does this day sound...breakfast-2 scrambled eggs, toast with jelly, milklunch-cheeseburger (school) fries, nutri grain barran for 30 minutes, and lifted weights...so i havent had dinner yet! But..im probably going out so if iget chicken or something..and a dessert..how does this day sound?? (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and excersise)

not good. those fries and cheeseburger could probably add up for enough caloried for your whole entires day. especially from school. 30 minutes, sorry, isnt that much for all that to burn. and skip the dessert. its not necessary
