HEY! I am at the weight i want..and i just want to maintain..so how does this day sound...breakfast-2 scrambled eggs, toast with jelly, milklunch-cheeseburger (school) fries, nutri grain barran for 30 minutes, and lifted weights...so i havent had dinner yet! But..im probably going out so if iget chicken or something..and a dessert..how does this day sound?? (breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and excersise)
