okay..im tring to MAINTAIN my weight, but i really dont want to stress about what im eating TOO much...so how does this sound for the day??breakfast-bowl of honey and oats cereal (300 cals)lunch-1 slice of pizza, corn, pears (not sure!!)dinner-weight watchers (between 200-500 cals)and i ran about 2 miles, and i walked 1 mile with my dog!!so how does this sound for maintaining my weight?? is there anything i should change?!

sounds good to me! also another good breakfast is toast with penut butter on it!

sounds good, but you might want to skip the pizza
