I did really bad today. For breakfast I had a cinnimin bun from stop and shop. For lunch I had 1% milk and picked at a salad (it tasted nasty). So of course, when I got home I was starving. I had 2 cups of yogurt(one was over 100 and the other was 60), a yogurt smothie(80 cals), 2 nature valley bars (180 cals each), and a banana. Then for dinner I had three spinnish wrappy things with spinnish in them. And another yougurt smoothie but this one was 190 cals. It's all healthy but there's just so much stuff!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! I should probabaly eat more at school so I'm not so hungry when I get home I guess. But I only had one friend in my lunch and wasn't really feeling to comfortable to eat. and my ex was there and he wasn't eating either.

i've added your calories up and that's not a bad day! i had to estimate the bun but even if i was off you stayed quite a bit under1500...

It is ok, we all have are bad days every once in a while, just have more good days then bad, and you will be fine. I have a question, did you have 2 packages of nature valley bars or one pack, because there are 2 in a pack, and together those 2 bars in the pack are 180?

yea i joggged for about 20 minutes but thats it. is that big after school snack thats buggin me. and the dinner, the bread (green wrapy thing) part alone is 330 cals and i dunno how much the spinnish was.

you REALY didnt do very bad at all! Not in my opinion! That is a pretty good day..did you excersise??
