My name is Natasha, i am 15 years old about to turn 16 in october. i weight about 219. Are there any safe, healthy diets you know so i can lose 70+ pounds (in whatever amount of time). Thanks!
Reply from Katherine, Age 14 - 09/04/04 - IP#: 66.44.55.xxx i wouldn't try and of the fad diets that u see on tv, or even atkins or south beach. those don't get long lasting results. i would say put in 30 min of exercise a day and go on about a 1400 calorie diet. don't worry i am doing it and it is really easy. eat healthy snacks but an occasional treat here and there won't hurt, just don't overdo it. just try your hardest and think of the good results ur gonna get, hope i helped!!
