Hey for my diet im just trying to cut out starches like white bread and what not is that good?

Just switch to wheat bread (with plenty of fiber) like the previous person said. Starches are a good thing to cut. They mess with your glucose levels because the body can break them down very fast, like sugar. Simple carbohydrates (sugar, starches, etc.) turn to fat easily if they're not used as energy.

Reply from sam, Age 14 - 09/04/04 - IP#: 195.92.67.xxx not many ppl would agree with me here. by doing that you would practically be on the atkins, and you need carbs foor energy and you are still growing so try to eat a balanced diet and eat loadsa fruit n veg.
