hey... i was supposed to weigh in at weight watchers yesterday but didnt cuz it was closed for labor daybut im worried i gained between today and sundaysunday- 2 small homemade corn muffins for dinner with milk then half a slice of pizza for lunch then for dinner i had a burger some veggies rice pistachios and a slice of strawberry shortcakethen today i kept within my pts but probly didnt eat the healthiest. bfast-cereal with milk lunch-hot dog snack 1/2 cup not even vanilla ice cream then a slice of cheese (not even it was sooo thin) then for dinner i had a burger and a lil rice and a WW ice cream bar....i had lost like 2....do u think my bad choices will affect it or how do you think i did? please reply!

eatin little amounts isnt always the best way 2 go. u can eat all u like aslong az u burn it off when ur done u will lose weight and feel good.i know for fact i did it for 2 weeks and lost 40 pounds
