hey ppl!im 135 5'3'' i really wanna tone up & lose 20 lbs!wats the best way 2 to this?im gonna start riding mi bike for 30 mins everyday xept days i have soccer practice & eat 1,300 cals. how is that?thank u so0o0 much every1!!!!!luv yas!
