Allo Chaps! I am JB and I am here to say Hi! Guys, I believe you can loose weight, no I know you can. I am overweight still and I am sick of it so I run a mile a day! And if you can get me to do that, wow! I am 5'11 and 192lbs people tell me it isn't much. Look at me and it is, I am sick of having a chest or hips to big, I really would like work outs for those. I have a mom who knows a lot! of loosing weight. And I know a bunch to cause I am worried so much. I am here to help and would love to.
