Ok.. I was thinking and doing some research and I made my decison.. im not going to go on a diet.. im just going to change my life around and start to eat healthy. I have got a few rules to go by, but its for healthy eating no dieting. I have got my daily shedule.. Im in school now so I have got to eat what they have at school. so here it is In school shedule 7a.m Breakfast- 300 cal. then we dont get to eat lunch until 12:40a.m. and i eat a chicken sandwitch with water.. everyday.. thats 540 cal. then i get home at 3:15 i eat a snack around.. 3:30-3:40 that is going to be 200 cal. then ima eat supper around 6 or 7 worth 500 cal. and during the whole day ima have 2 pieces of gum- 10 cal. thats a total of 1550 and i will be only drinking water. and maybe 2 diet sodas a day thats it.. what do yall think..??

I weight 175 and im 5'3 36 in waist.. lets just say now i eat way moreeee like twice or 3 times as much as im going to be eating on my healthy plan (1550cal) http://www.fotki.com/summerbabii are some pictures

it depends, are u trying to lose weight or maintain weight. could u reply with ur weight and height please??? 1550 might be too much to lose weight. maybe, it all depends on how much u weigh.
