Well my first suggestion: If you're 5'1 and 242 don't shoot for 110 just yet. Divide it into smaller goals. Maybe 200 first, then 160, then 140. If you're able to get that far you may just be comfortable with something more managable in the 120-140 range. It would already be a great accomplishment in itself. Good luck!

try not to eat when your not hungry. really that is why most people like myself are overweight, because they eat when they are not hungry. get out there and exercise, its so much fun, find something u like doing, and do it!!! if u wanna talk e-mail me at Katiecool01@yahoo.com :)
