i have a very large frame i weigh 226lbs im tired of being fat everry bodys says that im not i have quite a bit of muscle but my stomach has a lot of fat ill do any thing how do i fight the cravings and what do i eat i started skipping meals because exercise doesnt help

actually- it does matter. males tend to lose fat around their midsection faster so you're in luck! just start up a cardio routine. if you're really out of shape and can't do much then don't worry- build up some endurance. i really love taebo tapes- they're a really great workout(and definately not just for women)

No! Don't you dare start skipping meals. I did that once and I did not lose weight I got really sick. I started walking for 1 hour everyday and drinking lots of green tea and have lost about 3 pounds a week. If you need any help or a friend let me know.
