Hey is what i ate today OK? BREAKFAST: 6 pieces of bacon, one piece of wheat bread, 2 eggs, an apple, and orange juice. LUNCH: A bowl of fruit, 2 pickles slices, and 5 crackers, with water. DINNER: A cheese burger and some beans, with diet pepsi.

By the way i did workout. I did a 20 Minute Tae Bo tape, 100 sit-ups, and weight lifted. I do this workout every other day. And I am trying to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. My stats are 5'9 and 170. The calculator says i am at risk of becoming overweight, i am not over weight but i am close to it.

yeah that doesnt sound TOO bad...it depends on how much you are trying to lose and how fast! but ... if you dont eat cheeseburgers EVERY day...i think its fine! and did you work out?
