Gosh.. im so tiredd of being biggggg ERRR Ok.. well Im not active at all.. I get tired easyy like when I run.. What should I do.??? Im going to cut all sugars outta my diet(things I eat) Do you think that would help.. bc i prob eat around a ton a day.. candy bars.. chocolate.. nething..... and chips.. icecream cookies cakes.. ima cut all the junk food out .. but im still goin to have my sugar free gum....!!!!!! GOSH I JUST WANT TO BEE NORMAL.. neways.. I was wondering.. if i lose weight will i lose weight in my thighss legs calves too my leggss are huge.. so are my calves.. my legs are kinda muscular.. so will i lose weight in them still??? please help me in any way..

cut the junkfood out slowly. i used to say im completely changing my whole diet today, and by the end of the day eat even more cause i cut everything out. plus your body needs to ajust to the change. just trying to help. hey e-mail me at cheleseb@charter.net k. good luck!!!
