ok, my friend jasmine is going to enter a modeling contest and shes going on a diet so she looks good for the shoot and she really wants me to join with her. i look ok but im a little overweight and i have till december to loose about 20 lbs. i want to look good and really feel god about myself. any tips on loosing weight would be awsome! thanx sooo much!
