hey! i really wanna lose weight and need to... I have been doing ok lately... im not really following any diet but i haven't eaten any junk food in a week. so that's good, eh? anywho, i wanna join weight watchers but my parents wont let me and isn't it really expensive... hmmm. oh, and do you know how much i can lose by either the end of november or january... and what would i have to do? please help me!! if you wanna be buddies, give me your email! thanks!

If you try you can lose about 20 pounds by the end of november and from the end of november to the end of january about 15 pounds. You just need to workout an hour a day or more and eat healthily like you have been doing. Even if you eat junk food, you can lose weight b/c I am on weight watchers and i lost 1.6 pounds last week, probably more. Hope I helped.
