I am so happy. For a week now I have had stitches in my forehead and had a concusion. The hospital told me now exercising for an entire week! I was so mad because I was just starting to lose weight! Now I can get back on track again. I have 3 months until Christmas and I have a goal to try and lose about 15-20 lbs. by then because it will put me at my goal. Much Luck to everyone!!
