hey guys i am 5"7 184 and i would like to get down to 160. im not really "fat" just chubby mostly my stomach i would like to lose it and get abs! and i need some good tips on food and exercises if you would like to give me some plz reply!!ASAP thanx!!

well you could go on a fruit and veggie diet the most i lost in 2 days was 5 pounds but u need to exersise i stoped that diet since i couldnt stick to it so im just eating regular and making sure i eat fruits and veggies and not all the candy and that crap. and exersise if u have a gazelle or a treadmill try do 2 miles on those everyday well at least to miles on 1 of them not both but anyways try running try bike riding go to toneteen.com if u have a basketball hoop at your house try playing basketball like running jumping shooting and catching the ball. try and get a friend to go with u and exersise or go for a walk every night. well good luck :) montana
