Reply from Emily, Age 15 - 09/24/04 - IP#: 217.137.106.xxx I am no longer overweight as i am now around 112 lbs at 5ft3.(i used to be around 135) I lost weight through eating 3 healthy meals a day without dressings and lots of salad and veg. I didnt try to cut out breakfast but had lots of healthy snacks to keep ur metabolism going!!
