today was day two of my WW diet attempt lol...i gave in and had breaded chicken with fries at lunch...and for breakfast i had an apple and carrots and i drank one slice and water...i guess thats OKAY but i went like 5 points over...hopefully ill do better tomorrow!!

Don't worry, I screwed up worse than you did this week. Everday I went way over my points. I have done some excersize, but probably not nearly as much, it sucks, I hope I do better next week, good luck!

thats normal. for the first week or so, you'll fell this emtiness and a consant need to eat. so just hang in there. And have fun on your diet!!! just because your restricting yourself doesn't mean you can't have fun!!!
