ive been running every day but over time i gained 5 pounds. is it mustle do you think? or am i just getting fatter?

As I said to Mikayla earlier...it's unlikely that it's muscle. To gain 3-4 pounds of muscle you have to do regular RESISTANCE training for 8-12 weeks. Running, will eventually tone & strengthen your muscles but not enough to add 5lbs, specifically in a short time.

its not enough to just work out. you have to combine exercise and cutting down on your diets to get good results
