Hey ya'll!! I am Katie. Im 5'11", and i am 17 years old. I am 200lbs. and wanna get to 170. I eat around 1500 calories a day and excercise for almost 1.5 hours a day. Anybody got any extra help?

drink WATER!! lots & lots of water!! It sounds like you're on the right track though, although you could probably afford to eat more calories. Honestly though, you don't need to waste your time even counting them. Eat 3 healthy meals a day & small healthy snacks inbetween meals and continue to exercise regularly & the pounds will come off. Just make sure you're eating in balance meaning having carbs, FAT (yes, FAT) and protien in every meal! & that'll get you on the right track! Good luck!
