Hey everyone~! My 8th grade trip is comming up and I really want to lose like 20-30lbs before we leave in Novermer if anyone has any help please tell me thanks Oh yea Im 5"9 and Bout 150lbs (if that helps any :'(

Reply from montana, Age 13 - 09/21/04 - IP#: 198.81.26.xxx well u could try going on a fruit and veggie diet i lost 5 pounds in 2 days and well more after that but anyways exersise running, bike riding, playing basketball crunches if u have a treadmill or a gazelle go on those every day for at least and hour. get at least an hour of exersise every day but not including gym. good luck :)
