AHHHHHHHHH I WENT UP 6 POUNDS IM 160 JEEZ MY MOM SAID I SHOULD WEIGH MYSELF TOMMOROW MORNING TO MAKE SURE GRRRRRRRR IM GOING BACK ON FRUIT AND VEGGIE OR I WONT EAT

Hey Hey, Don't NOT EAT! if you don't eat you will loose weight dramatically. and then put it all back on and even more. Just eat well. fruits and vegetables are great. eat as much as you think is good. but also eat something with protein in it. cause that is what u need. protein, fruits and veges then you'll be on a roll. and get a good amount on exercise a day like 30 min - 1hr but keep it the same and stedy and you will improve your fitness level and weight.
