ok nvm i didnt go up thank god it was on the wrong thing but anyways im going back on fruit and veggie diet and im going to exersise more it was hard risisting to a candy bar people were teasing me with but i didnt take it.im going to try to get 3 hours of exersise everyday like running playing basketball riding bikes stuff like that crucnches anything that will help anybody have any tips?

Three hours a day is way tooo much, its not healthy do overdue things, you will probably lose weight just as fast for doing 30 minutes a day. a fruit and veggie diet is not healthy for you at all u need protein, don't cave into all these dumb diets.
