I have lost a lot of weight from weight lifting, walking in my weight lifting class at school? I am wondering what I can eat that tastes good and is fast for breakfast during the school week?, I am haveing a hard time loseing tummy fat. I went from 199 pounds to 179 pounds.

cook eggs(boil) or meat the night before. it keeps you full to have protien in the morning...

fat free yogurt!! and its proven that the calcium in it will help you to lose weight quicker on top of that!! Good luck!
