You can slim down dude, it's hard but u can do it.

Like good carbs, protein, and some healthy fat. Examples are, yogurt, skim milk, skinless boneless chicken, turkey, vegetables, fruit, whole grains, whole wheat, nuts(almonds, peanuts, pistachios are the best), cheese in moderation, eggs, lowfat cottage cheese. Always fill your body with these types of food, and eat the junkfood in small amounts to have once in a while as a treat. For exercising try just walking and then add more once you get used to it. Try to keep busy, doing things that are away from food. Drink water, it can fill you up. Expect to be a little hungry at times, because of the change. Think positive. Good Luck!
