I weight 219 pounds and in the past 2 weeks i lost 3 pounds and i don't know why but i think it is because my metabolisim is starting to speed up. Hopefully it is because i am 80 pounds overweight. Also i was wondering if anyone knows a diet i can start besides eat 1500 calories a day. i found this one diet which sounds pretty good and it is for 3 days and you should lose 5-10 pounds that week but then it says don't do it more than 2 times a month. so if i were to do it hopefully i would lose 15-20 pounds a month and i would do it for 5 months to get to a 120 pounds. so somehow hopefully i lose the weight because i like this really cute guy in my junior english class. well thanks bye.

that diet you're talking about sounds a little sketch. I wouldn't get into it if I were you. I KNOW it sounds really appealing, but it's just not healthy! There's a good chance you'll just put it all back on plus more! You should just eat healthy! I've posted this so many times yet people tend to avoid reading it. But here I go AGAIN. Just eat 3 healthy meals a day, with healthy snacks in between meals. (this gets your metabolism working faster). Make sure all of your meals have 3 key components; Fat, Carbs & protien. You need all 3, no matter what you've heard about them. Drink lots of water and exercise regularly. (at leat 3 to 4 times a week for about 25 minutes) I promise you, that if you keep this up, you can lose anywhere from 1-2 pounds a week. & to make your metabolism even faster & to look even better, do some weightlifiting. It doesn't have to be major weightlifting either...just hand weights anywhere from 3-10 lbs. As you get better you add weight! This will tone your entire body & give you nice muscles & will speed up your metabolism. This is a much healthier approach to weight loss..and it's permanent. At first, it may feel a bit discouraging, but if you keep it up, I promise you that you'll be thrilled with the results & will be so proud of your body. & even though it might take longer then this fad diet you're referring to, you'll appreciate it so much more & you'll be much more proud of your body! You can eat more than 1500 cals and just excersize, excersize is a lot of the reason I am losing weight, I hope I helped!
