First of all I know what your going to think..your not overweight get off! Well last year I was 5'4" 165 so there lol! Well yesterday my mom called me a pig! Sob! Because I was really hungery and was eating peanut butter from the jar, lol! I know bad habit because I wind up eating half the thing. Anyway I'm really upset and it makes me want to diet though I'm at a healthy weight,,,,actually underweight a little oops! lol! But still.

Underweight would be around 100-110 pounds. You're not even close... Eat healthy and exercise 3-5 times a week and you'll lose weight. Stop eating peanut butter--if you want a tablespoon or two on a sandwich, go ahead, but that's it. Good luck!
