OK....so in need ur help im 14 and weigh 130 lbs!...some ppl might think its not alot to weitgh but to me it isc ause ilook like i weigh 30 more lbs !!! i need help fast help homecoming is in 4 weeks and i wannna loose weight o impress this guy...i kno what ur thinkin u shouldnt have to loose weight to get a guy but for this one i really wan to ~!~!~!~!~! help!~~!~!~!
Reply from anne, Age 17 - 09/29/04 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx go on a simple 1300 calorie, less then 2000mg sodium, less then 200 carb, and plenty of protien diet with water and milk included. then- simply do cardio exersize(jogging, speed walking, bikeriding, taebo, an aerobic workout video of any kind, dancing to fast-paced music) for a half hour almost everyday. make sure not to expect too much at once out of yourself or you'll end up failing. give it time. in 4 weeks i bet you could lose 10 pounds if you follow that at least!
