hey everone, good luck with ur diets. you all seem to be doing great. i have put on 25 pounds recently and i want to lose it all. i am currently 10and a half stone (67kg approx) and its getting beyond a joke (147 lbs) i want to get down to 8 and a half stone. any ideas? got about a month and a half to do it? thanks. my email is curly_girlie8804@hotmail.co if you wanna email me. thanks, i appreciate it
Reply from Sam, Age 15 - 10/04/04 - IP#: 139.168.60.xxx Try excercising and just cutting down on simple excess stuff like soft drinks and chocolate etc. Running around the block each night helps. Your weight isnt a really good inticator, because some people are naturally bulkier than others, and muscle weighs a lot more than fat. Reply from anne, Age 17 - 10/01/04 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx um- you can't do it in amonth in a half but you could lose most of it! just do a lot of cardio exersize and eat less but more healthy things like fruit, veggies, and milk and water...less sodium(2000mg a day) les calories(1200-1500 daily) less carbs(only 200g carbs a day) and about 25-35g fiber...
