hey guys whats up thanks for the replys yall are all sweethearts. i haven't really been doing as well as i thought some of yall wanted to know what diet i am on..well i call it the "cut back" diet i stopped eating everything in sight and i am trying to not eat when i am not hungry..does anyone have any suggestions on what would be a good "d" for me... i don't mind exercising at all but i don't want to have to go out and buy food

The best diet is to eat healthy! & it's very easy! You eat 3 healthy meals a day, with healthy snacks inbetween each meal. Eat in balance. Every meal you eat should have these 3 key compenents: Protien, Carbs and fat!! I don't care what you've heard about these things, but you need all 3 of them to be healthy. Just keep them in balance & don't over eat in any one area. & I believe you said you don't mind exercise, which is great! Just get your heart rate into your target heart rate zone (220 - your age) for a minimum of 25 minutes a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week and you're a set! Good luck!
