Hello I'm Amanda and I need to lose 20lbs. I currently weigh 141lbs and I'm 5'4. I've been trying to lose weight all summer but it never happened. Then almost 3 months ago (July/August) I got really determined and I set my goal to be 120lbs by October 31. But I have no idea what happened! I was generally eating right but not exercising, which I really need to work on. I say that I’m going to go out and walk but when it's time for me to go do it I find a way out of it like I have home work or it's too hot or the neighbors will see me or just anything. So could someone please help me? Any tips would be greatly appreciated and if anyone wants to be my weight loss buddy I would like that very much C=Thanks<3 Amanda

Hi Amanda. I have trouble getting motivated to do exercise, and I normally just set a time and try and do it each day. Usually in the evening, before dinner and I go for a walk round the block twice or something. Its hard to stick to it, but its helped me loose quite a bit (that and eating less fat food). Good luck!
