hay thanks for responding to my other post, but fats, carbs, and protein what are they? i know its like fruits milk meat little dessert but what? in a regular day i would eat cereal inthe morning, a sub sandwich for lunch, a salad for a snack after school, and somekind of meat with corn & green beans. Is this okay? But if you say yes than why am i not losing weight, i even exercise everyday.Also, on my other post i said i lost some weight i gained it right back and i hate myself for it (but i am not stupid, like others who won't eat) Please help me!!!!!!!!!! Reply from Catherine, Age 15 - 10/03/04 - IP#: 24.19.141.xxx It is ok, but if you put mayonaise on your sub, or butter on your corn, that could be one reason why you arent losing. Or it could be the portion sizes, if you have a huge bowl of cereal, or alot of meat, that could make a difference. The serving size for cereal is your fist, and for meat, it is a deck of cards. Also, use skim or 1% milk for your cereal. Oh, and dressing for your salad could be high, check that too!
