Hey everyone.. hows it going..?? Im good I guess.. Well neways.. im still at the same weight.. so fourth.. yea well after xmas on Jan 1.. im starting my NeW YeARs ResOlution to lose 50 lbs or more before.. June-July 05' I know I can do it and im very excited to start.. Im either going to do WW or Atkins.. leave me some info.. on witch ones best.. neways.. for xman im also getting a gazelle.. does anyone have one.. what do yall think.. but as for now.. ima eat not as much as I use to and try to exercise.. some well thank you guys for all your help.... xO' Rina

Well.. the ones who don't like the gazelle is prob. bc you guys arent getting ne results.. bc you guys are too lazy to use it.. I know i can prob do 2 miles a day on it or more.. i think im pretty athletic.. so yeahh!!! GL!!

Atkins is bad..your body will go into a state of Ketosis where it'll start to get energey from the good stuff thatyou have in yoru body

Well, of the two diets I wouldn't recommend either of them. But if you HAVE to do them, I'd recommend you do Weight watchers before Atkins. Just, when you do weight watchers, make sure that you eat in balance. If you use all your points for carbs, you won't see a huge difference. Where as, if you use your points for protien, carbs & fat for every meal, you'll see a huge difference. As for exercise equipment, I wouldn't recommend the gazelle. I have one, & it's not that great...It's better for older people because it's EXTREMELY LOW impact. I'd say that with the money you'd spend on the gazelle, you should buy a gym membership instead. I know it was the best choice I made in my life! Well good luck!

yea i have a gazelle they really work and all u have to do is like watch t.v or listen to music while u are on it i try and to a mile to 2 miles a day. and good luck :)

I have a gazelle, and it is great for stretching and some toning, but that alone doesnt help. In my opinion, a treadmill or some other exercise equipment would be better. It doesnt get your heartrate up much. It is better than sitting, but not that great. What I do is if I do the treadmill, I go on the gazelle for 5-10 minutes to cool down and to stretch. Hope this helped. Go to a big sports store and try one out. They have them out on display to try.
