hi everyone. i just saw the site today. i dont know what to do. i weigh 188 and i am 5"6. i cant seem to get past 180. and i eat everytime i am bored. i basically have no self control. does anyone have any tips

Whenever you get bored, turn on music, I recommend Ryan Cabrera, lol, but ya whatever kind of music u like works. I hope it works!
