HELP!! i need to loose like twenty pounds, i got to the gym two maybe three times are week for an hour and a half and I take Karate one day a week but does anyone have any tips for a faster amount of weight reduction... ~please help~...thank you

Unless you don't eat very much in the first place, it you are eating 2000 cals or more, marina's idea would work, but if you are eating less, just eat foods that are good for you. Sometimes you can eat bad foods, like every tuesday night after weight watchers my mom and I go get junk food! I've lost 5.2 pounds on it!

eat 500 calories less a day then you normally do...continue with this & give it time. You WILL lose weight in the quickest, healthy way possible. Good luck.
