Hey has anyone lost weight just by diet? If so please tell me how you did it. I'd like some tips because i am sorta sick right now so i can't exercise.

hey, u can lose weight just by diet, in fact about 70% of the weight loss process is diet. however exercise does speed it up a bit more as it increases your metabolism a bit, since dieting tends to slow down your metabolism. also the benefits of exercise is that it tones up your body, as you can lose fat but still not look as good as you'd probably like to. however if you cant exercise id prob reccomend eating 6 small meals a day, and definately don't eat late at nite, and that should still keep up your metabolism somewhat whilst losing weight. by the way dont try extreme fad diets, the weight loss seen on the scale is more water and muscle weight loss than actual fat ...which isnt good!!!
