Hey guys. I'd doing a little better weight wise but I still have a while for my goal. I'm 127 and I'm aiming for a 115-120 pound weight range. I've lost weight from 147 but I haven't been able to get past this number. I feel like I'm close and I really want to get to my goal weight. Does anyone have any advice

YAY u lost an even 20 pounds since you started I am sooo frickin happy for u.....u did good and i bet people are noticing if not there losers HAHAHAHAH well ttyl cliff

i would say just to up your exercise intake a little more, that should easily erase the weight.... how did u loose that weight? I am at 147 right now and my goal is 125..... any tips for me?? u can e-mail me at Katiecool01@yahoo.com. maybe we can be buddies.. good luck!!
